At TPCA, an organization representing Taiwan's circuit industry, I was in charge of the administration of the signature trade show, overseeing exhibitor services, contractor relations and on-site brand identity coordination, and was also the main contact person for all overseas visitors and exhibitors. I also crafted and maintained the official Web sites for the 2013 and 2014 shows.
I was involved in the strategy development for PCB Shop, a classified listing platform of the PCB industry while working at TPCA. I performed analyses of the existing marketing strategy and elaborated on the disparity between values advertised towards and perceived by current and prospective clients. I proposed a new business model for the platform’s online listing service that had remained a free supplement to the paper ads.
During my national service as a rural English teacher — in lieu of military conscription — I worked as an opening host and a co-teacher at Miaoli’s Mobile English Village, a government-run English language immersion day camp touring rural elementary schools in the county. The camp ran weekly during normal schooldays and also as a three-day camp during summer and winter vacations.
As Web manager at CP, I designed and maintained the official Web site of the Chinese-language radio program on local radio channel CHRW FM 94.9. Along with the site, I built a customized WordPress backend interface integrating DJ participation tracking and sponsor management. The site also helped implement show categorization and enabled efficient, targeted content planning.
I no longer maintain any of my past projects and designs may have been altered.
